Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 25 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your family's registration for and use of 0mi's Personal Space service ("the Service"). By submitting the registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of your family account.

1. The Service

0mi's Personal Space is a private, family-scoped application for organizing household life — including moments, reminders, tasks, inventory, purchases, budgeting, fitness tracking, meal planning, document storage, and related features. Access is provided per family account and is not intended for use by unrelated households or commercial entities.

2. Registration & Account Activation

Submitting the registration form creates a pending request only. No login credentials are issued at that stage. We review each submission and, once your family account is activated, send login details to the parent email addresses you provided. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted, including both parents' names and email addresses.

3. Parental Responsibility & Children's Data

Any information entered for a child within the family account — including a child's name, PIN, photos, journal entries, or activity records — is entered and managed by the account's parents, who are solely responsible for that data and for deciding what a child may access. 0mi does not independently collect data from children; all such data originates from parental input on the child's behalf. Parents may grant a child their own PIN-based login with a restricted set of pages and permissions (create, edit, delete) that the parents choose and can change at any time from account settings.

4. Subscription & Billing

Access to the Service is offered on a monthly or yearly subscription plan, as selected during registration. Pricing is set by 0mi and may be updated from time to time; any change will not retroactively affect billing already issued. Invoices are issued and payments recorded manually by 0mi's administrators — the Service does not currently process card payments automatically. Failure to settle an invoice may result in the account being placed on hold or deactivated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, family purposes. You may not attempt to access another family's data, interfere with the Service's operation, or use the Service to store or share unlawful content. Each family account is intended for members of that household — sharing login credentials outside the family is not permitted.

6. Data Privacy & Security

Data you submit — including family, parent, and child information — is stored to operate the Service and is not sold to third parties. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect this data, including encrypted transport and access controls scoped to your family account. No online service can guarantee absolute security; you should avoid storing highly sensitive information (such as government ID numbers or financial account credentials) within free-text fields where it is not specifically required.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is the property of 0mi and its owner. Registering for or using the Service does not grant you any ownership interest in it. Content you create within your family account (moments, journal entries, uploaded photos, and similar) remains yours; you grant 0mi only the limited right to store and display it back to your family account as part of operating the Service.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

0mi may suspend or deactivate an account for non-payment, misuse of the Service, or a breach of these Terms. You may request deactivation of your family account at any time by contacting 0mi's administrators. Upon termination, access to the Service ends; data may be retained for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping before deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 0mi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or applicable requirements. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms or your family's account can be directed to 0mi's administrators through the contact details provided on the main site.
